Myanmar

 It was always my wish to visit Burma as my father was there in the 1940's. This had proved difficult until recent times. There are millions of monks in Myanmar and more temples than anywhere I have seen in SE Asia. There were great opportunities to photograph people and landscapes. I would love to return to the wilder parts of Myanmar in the future to photograph wildlife. However the situation there has turned for the worse with a military coup and I was fortunate to visit there while I could.
